“Antea Beach Resort is designed as a coastal vacation complex featuring innovative solutions, ultimate architecture, and a design that puts people at the heart of the concept. ANTEA BEACH RESORT in Akladi Bay

One of the first features that sets the complex apart is the incredible natural setting where it is being built: right on the shore, near Chernomorets to the north and Sozopol to the south, next to the azure, captivating, and magical blue waters and sand dunes.

The idea is ANTEA BEACH RESORT is set to become a modern, year-round residential hub that offers both secure private living and a vibrant social life. This elite environment is complemented by elegant restaurants featuring fusion culinary concepts, a futuristic sports complex equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and dedicated indoor and outdoor activity areas, including tennis courts and swimming pools.

A composition of diverse building types at ANTEA BEACH RESORT

In ANTEA BEACH RESORT the developers have opted for an intriguing mix of building types: single-family villas ANTEA BEACH VILLAS, two-story houses ANTEA SEA HOUSE, and multi-family buildings of varying scales, grouped as ANTEA SEA RESIDENCE and ANTEA GREEN RESIDENCE.

These buildings gradually increase in height from the beach toward the interior, surrounded by parks and greenery. The 14-decare park serves as the backbone of the architectural composition, creating a greener, more attractive living environment that fosters social interaction, leisurely walks, and relaxation. The combination of abundant vegetation preserves the architectural aesthetics of the complex.

The flexible concept, which integrates various types of construction, makes ANTEA BEACH RESORT luxurious and accessible for various budgets.

ANTEA BEACH VILLAS – a collection of single-story villas located right by the sea. The standard layout includes an entrance hall, a living room, four bedrooms (with the option for a fifth), four bathrooms, and a utility room. Each villa features a private garden, a swimming pool, and three parking spaces. The villas will be finished with a luxury ventilated facade using LAMINAM ceramic tiles, aluminum joinery with triple glazing, and a built-in heating and cooling system with an individual heat pump. The clear ceiling height is 3.55 m. ANTEA BEACH VILLAS are designed with separate entrances to ensure maximum privacy and independence.

ANTEA SEA HOUSE – two-story buildings with a standard layout for each house. The ground floor features an entrance hall, a living room, a bathroom, and a utility room. The second floor houses three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each house has a private garden and a swimming pool. Parking spaces are provided in two shared surface parking lots located in the immediate vicinity of the houses. Each house is equipped with a built-in heating and cooling system with an individual heat pump. The clear ceiling height on the first and second floors is 2.90 m.

ANTEA SEA APARTMENTS is a collection of furnished and unfurnished apartments, created with a modern design and a focus on comfort, located right by the beach and offering sea views.

ANTEA SEA RESIDENCE consists of four multi-family residential buildings with three floors above ground and one underground level. The buildings offer three- and four-bedroom apartments, which are delivered fully turnkey with modern interiors and high-end furniture.

ANTEA GREEN RESIDENCE consists of five multi-family residential buildings, each with four residential floors above ground and an underground parking garage. Two of the buildings are planned to be delivered turnkey with modern interiors and high-end furniture, while the remaining three will be finished to the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS). Each building will have access to a large shared swimming pool, as well as children's playgrounds and sports facilities.

Modern Technologies and Innovation

The project was conceived with the goal of being highly sustainable and long-lasting. The buildings will require minimal maintenance over time due to the high value and quality of the materials used in their construction. The building envelope will be entirely finished with a suspended ventilated facade, and the glazing will feature high-selectivity glass.

The materials, insulation, and heat pump and multi-split systems used contribute to high energy efficiency. An environmental analysis is being conducted to determine the feasibility of implementing green or renewable energy sources within the project. The buildings located on the first, second, and third lines will feature sedum green roofs, which will provide greater visual comfort, air purification, ambient temperature reduction, and the promotion of biodiversity.

Architectural Studio STARH

The developer, HUS Invest, is collaborating for the first time with Varna-based architect Svetoslav Stanislavov and his architectural studio, STARH. The studio's team is renowned for its landmark buildings; their projects have received international recognition and are characterized by their attention to detail and innovative functional solutions. Architect Stanislavov has applied this distinct and bold approach to the design of this coastal gem, ANTEA BEACH RESORT.
